Sensory Morning at The Broad

Sensory Morning at The Broad is a free ticketed event that provides early access to the third-floor collections galleries, Yayoi Kusama's immersive installation Infinity Mirrored Room—The Souls of Millions of Light Years Away (2013), and The Shop at The Broad to visitors who would benefit from a sensory-friendly experience. Reservations are required as space is limited.

What To Expect

  • Access to the museum and The Shop at The Broad before public hours
  • Smaller crowds and quieter galleries
  • Sensory kits with noise-reducing headphones and sensory touch items (limited availability, upon request)
  • Adjustments to sound and lighting
  • An online social narrative to help prepare for your visit
  • In-gallery mobile guide with audio tours for all ages, as well as language translation options.
  • Museum team members who are happy to share their extensive knowledge of the museum’s collection and make necessary accommodations

Visitors of all ages are welcome to attend.

Sensory Morning is a recurring monthly program happening on the third Sunday of each month (subject to change). Tickets are released on the 1st of each month.
