Human Resources Manager
AdministrationThe human resources manager works closely with the museum’s deputy director and its hiring managers to ensure optimal staffing levels, recruiting talented individuals who can contribute to the museum’s high-performance culture, and managing a comprehensive human resources plan. While primarily serving the needs of the museum, the human resources manager is an employee of Family Office Financial Services, LLC (“FOFS”), and part of a 4-person HR team.
Director of Information Technology
AdministrationThe Director of Information Technology is an experienced, collaborative, and hands-on technology leader who provides both strategic vision and daily tactical support in maintaining and evolving the integrated IT program at The Broad. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Director of IT is responsible for supporting and maintaining our integrated back-end business systems as well as our visitor-facing technology and the museum’s web presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital technologies, data, and CRM, and will be able to juggle many competing priorities, executing complex technical projects, often involving multiple internal stakeholders, and maintaining our existing infrastructure with equal skill and aplomb. The Director of IT is a trusted and customer-service focused internal consultant for staff at all levels. This position advises the Deputy Director and Founding Director on technology initiatives and suggests technical solutions to complicated problems that enhance our efficiency and maintain The Broad’s position as a leader in the field.
Assistant Manager of Retail Operations
The Shop at The BroadThe Assistant Manager of Retail Operations is responsible for leading the team in all selling and service initiatives and being a top producer in all established KPI’s. This role works primarily with the Director and Associate Director of Retail Operations and is focused on leading by example in all areas of sales, service and client development while providing supervision and feedback to the sales team.
