Yayoi Kusama's immersive installation Infinity Mirrored Room—The Souls of Millions of Light Years Away (2013) is a mirrored room with LED lights that you can physically enter for up to one minute.

Notice: This Infinity Mirrored Room is a dark, enclosed space with flashing lights and may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to light and/or enclosed, dark spaces.

"Infinity Mirrored Room + General Admission" tickets do not include access to paid special exhibitions and events.

Ticket Releases

Tickets are released at 10 am PT on the last Wednesday of each month for the following month’s admission. Visit our FAQ page for the full ticket release schedule. Dates are subject to change.

A limited number of same-day walk-up tickets may be available, depending on capacity. Please speak with a Visitor Experience Team Member upon arrival to inquire about access to the Infinity Mirrored Room. 

Note: The onsite standby line is not currently available for walk-up entry.

 

Infinity Mirrored Room Guidelines

  • “Infinity Mirrored Room + General Admission” tickets are required for all visitors ages 2 and up.
  • Please arrive on time. All members of your group must be present for entry. Early entry is not allowed, and entry is only guaranteed within 15 minutes of your ticketed time.
  • All tickets for your group will be in your name. Tickets purchased from an individual through a website such as Craigslist are considered fraudulent and will not be honored.
  • Visitors will be instructed to enter the installation together in ticketed groups of 4 adults maximum for up to 1 minute. Children under 13 must enter the installation with an adult.
  • Repeat entry or splitting time is not allowed.
